Why do you wish to work on LucianMS?:
It's been a while since I've worked for a private server and honestly, I've had the mood to come back into it for a while now. So, I started looking around and saw LucianMS and thought just how fun and interesting it would be if I were to be a GM on a newly minted server and to watch it grow from the beginning.
I mean - I've been a GM on other servers when they were already in their prime but never have I been able to say I was there when it began, to be one of the pioneers, so, I'd love to bring my touch of personality and experience in the private server community to LucianMS.
How long have you been around or played LucianMS?:
I've been in the Discord for a while - since like August I wanna say? Played Lucian on day 1.
Any past staff experience?:
Yes. I was a GM on D.Chaos MS.
Then I became an Event GM on AxedMS, was promoted to GM and was then made to be the Supervisor of the team of GMs.

*Are you able to handle stressfull situations?:
Yes. First and foremost, I'm a Psychology major with a touch of Human Resource Management. Part of the job that I'm getting myself into is chalked full of stressful situations. I mean, handling the dismissal of someone from their livelihood is stressful, isn't it? So yes, I think handling a stressful situation based on an interaction over Discord or the game will be less stressful than what I already currently do.
Explain how you can make the server better than it is:
Better is a stretch. I've seen how hard the team has worked on bringing this server to life. I would like to provide my own expertise and experience I've accumulated throughout the last few stints as a GM or in a position of power.
On that note, I also definitely feel like having GMs from the different timezones will be a definite plus. From experience, it seems that the split of a private server community is pretty 50/50 in terms of how many NA/Oceanic users and SEA users.
Other than that, I do love hosting events (which is why my first position of power was an Event GM on AxedMS) and I feel like having a specific focus on that for a couple of months will bring a nice variety of events into LucianMS (if and when I am able to host them). I've come up with my fair share of custom events that I've never seen done before on the other servers I played.
Do you promise to fullfill your position and to not abuse any powers?:
Yes, definitely so.
Are you social?:
I'd say so, all things considered - I can talk to anyone who wants to speak to me and I'm pretty nice in the general sense of things.
How long have you been playing MapleStory?:
Since beta, with breaks in between, of course but I've been on and off Maple since I was 13. I'm 22 now. That should say something, right?
Name tasks you could handle for the team?:
I have dabbled in WZ Editing back on other servers, so, if that is a need that comes into play, I'd be more than happy to dust off the ol' WZ Editing files to work on anything. It'll be fun to get a refresher and to start doing new things as well.
If there's a need for any GFX work, I do have my own little circle of friends who GFX quite well, so, I can probably call in a few favours here and there to get some work done for the server.
Other than that, I can handle the normal GM necessary tasks - taking on inquiries, ensuring a safe and fair playing environment, moderating the Discord server and what not.
